The Edge Mountain Retreat is located in Hogsback. From the edge of the cliff, which runs along the side of the property, there are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and a deep gorge with beautiful, unspoilt indigenous Afromontane forest, often with a show of fascinating swirling mists and cloud formations.

Kudu Shack Cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge features a fireplace.
